Van Duyn News Alert Regarding Temporary Phone Outage

VAN DUYN ALERT

The phone company’s fiber optic cable was accidentally severed on a local line outside of our Van Duyn property, which also provides service to our facility. As a result, all customers on the line have had their incoming calls affected, including our phone service at Van Duyn.

However, all of our outgoing lines remain fully operational.

We ask that anyone trying to contact our facility call us at 315-380-6362.

We apologize for this temporary inconvenience and thank you for your understanding, as we work to fix our phone lines.
